Smoothie Day!

To keep up with our healthy living, we decided to show you guys how we make our healthy smoothies that are beneficial to your skin! Of course because I am a makeup artist, it is very important to do things that are good for your skin. We researched what fruits and veggies have beneficial ingredients and what they can do for you and your skin. For our smoothie we used, strawberries, avocado, kale, kiwi, and lemon. All of these ingredients do a lot for your skin such as boost collagen, enhance elasticity, protect from UV rays, & much more.
